Initial Assessment

Working with new clients begins with an Initial Assessment. Assessment visits last up to two hours, during which time I will assess existing plantings, discuss your goals for your property, and make recommendations to help you move forward.

The cost is $180 for locations within 12 miles of our base.  Additional charges apply for travel outside this area. 

What’s Included in an Initial Assessment?

In your Initial Assessment, you can expect

• An on-site visit
• Advice to help you clarify and achieve your landscape goals
• Recommendations for native plants and suitable placements
• Resources for learning about native plants and sustainable landscapes

What’s Not Included?

An initial assessment does not include

• A fully-developed design
• A formally drawn plan
• Hands-on landscape maintenance
